How do I know which version of WOSYST I have?

Verify the current version of WOSYST by launching WOSYST Workstation and select Help | About.  The About WOSYST window will reflect your current version.

Are replacement parts available for discontinued versions of WOSYST?

No, once a version of WOSYST is discontinued, replacement CD’s, manuals, database services, and other implementation services are no longer available from St. Croix Systems.

Why is St. Croix Systems discontinuing support and access to add-on business services?

Every year, a growing base of customers purchase the most current-available version of Asset Manager (WOSYST) and associated add-on modules.  Retirement of older versions allows us to focus on supporting our more current products, which are used by the vast majority of our Asset Manager customers. 

What is the process for upgrading to a later version of Asset Manager (WOSYST)?

We encourage you to contact your St. Croix sales representative who can work with you to assess your current version and WOSYST licensing elements.  From there our team will put together an upgrade plan.   Here’s how to contact St. Croix

If my support agreement with St. Croix has expired, can I still receive the upgrade for the latest version?

Movement to the latest version of St. Croix applications requires the customer to be current with their annual maintenance and support.   Your St. Croix sales representative can assist you with determining what is required to activate your annual maintenance and support and the process for upgrading.
