St. Croix Systems Names New CEO
DALLAS, HIMSS, February 14, 2005 — St. Croix Systems Corporation, the award-winning Healthcare Enterprise Asset Intelligence company, today announced the addition of Samuel H. Adams as its new President & Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Adams will be responsible for building on St. Croix's position as a leading healthcare software provider. "We are very pleased to welcome Sam as our new Chief Executive" said Troy Kenyon, a St. Croix Director. "Sam brings deep knowledge of the healthcare provider market and a history of managing rapid growth." Mr. Adams has over 25 years of experience in the technology and software markets. Most recently, Adams was Senior Vice President of Lawson Software, an enterprise software provider with annual revenue of $360 million. During his tenure at Lawson, Adams was a member of the management team that drove Lawson's Healthcare Enterprise group from the start-up phase to achieving the dominant position in the industry. Focused on market development and operations, Adams was ultimately the executive in charge of Lawson's Healthcare group.
